Summary
Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or an exchange.

Return requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return process
To complete your return, we need proof of purchase or a receipt. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Situations with partial refunds
Partial refunds are only granted in the following situations:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know we’ve received the returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited within a maximum of 10 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ventas@quimicsdalmau.net and send your item to: C/Villarroel 180, Barcelona 08036

To proceed with a product return, you must inform us by email at vendes@quimicsdalmau.net
Once you contact us, we will provide the necessary details and the procedure to follow.
The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
If the return is due to an error in order preparation, shipping costs are paid by Quimics Dalmau SL. when replacing your goods. Otherwise, costs will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the goods at our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, we will accept the return and proceed to send the new product or, if applicable, refund the amount. This will be credited to the account number indicated in the return notification.
Any return incurs a €5 management fee to be paid by the customer, except for errors or damaged products that are the responsibility of Quimics Dalmau SL.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

As soon as the order has been received and payment has been verified, you will receive an email indicating the shipping date and the approximate delivery time.

The average estimated delivery time for shipments to Mainland Spain is approximately 4 business days, except in cases of stockouts, in which case the new delivery time will be reported or a substitute product will be communicated to the customer.

For shipments outside mainland Spain and to the rest of the European Community, specific conditions will be arranged depending on the destination.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days from the delivery date to return it (according to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
* Important: If you find any damage to the packaging as a result of poor transport, please note it on the delivery note of the courier company.
