Description
Trisodium phosphate is a cleaning agent, food additive, stain remover and degreaser. It is a white crystalline solid, highly soluble in water, producing an alkaline solution. In this case, it is the dodecahydrate form (Na3PO4·12H2O), although this can vary up to its anhydrous state (Na3PO4).
