Description

Camphor is a waxy, crystalline, semi-solid substance with a strong, penetrating, pungent odor. It is a terpenoid with the chemical formula C₁₀H₁₆O. It is found in the wood of the camphor laurel Cinnamomum camphora, a large evergreen tree native to Asia (particularly Borneo, from which it takes its alternate name “Borneo camphor”), and in some other trees of the Lauraceae family. It can also be synthesized from turpentine oil. It is used as a balm and for other medicinal purposes. Blister pack of 4 tablets
