SOLICITUD DE ALTA CLIENTES PROFESIONALES AUTÓNOMOS

 

Desde esta página podrá realizar la solicitud de alta como cliente profesional autónomo y obtener acceso a información y compra de productos exclusivos.

Debe completar los datos del formulario y adjuntar los documentos solicitados.

Una vez recibamos la solicitud se procederá a la validación por parte del departamento administrativo.

Una vez validada le enviaremos un email informando sobre el estado de su solicitud.

Recuerde que si la solicitud es aprobada, para adquirir productos regulados por la ley 8 de 2017 se le solicitará  firmar digitalmente la

DECLARACIÓN DEL CLIENTE RELATIVA AL USO O USOS ESPECÍFICOS DE UNA SUSTANCIA DEL ANEXO I O MEZCLA QUE LA CONTENGA EN RELACION A LA LEY 8/2017 DE LA LEY DE PRECURSORES DE EXPLOSIVOS. 

Ese documento será válido únicamente a efectos de declaraciones de usos, en ningún caso exime de las obligaciones de registro de firma de cada una de las transacciones y resto de requisitos del artículo 8.2  de la Ley 8/2017.
